Attracting talent the unexpected way

People love the idea of working at Going when we were still SCF because of our grassroots (and, may I say, stellar) social media presence that often features our team being us. But when it came to making an official video, it was tempting to buy into something corporate and “professional.” Still, we stuck true to our roots and new brand idea of inviting the unexpected.
